As it always seems in life we are moving through something new, we are actually just going through phases and cycles, which are teaching us to become more self-aware so we can change our patterns of behaviors for healthier ones. Everything is leading us into a greater understanding of the self and the process from not knowing to knowing, I call the Self Love. Overcoming the limited ideas of ourselves by stepping into the unknown, embracing the shadows until they become light, and trusting the process until faith gets stronger than doubt. Falling in love with the unknown until it becomes known, and staying excited for what’s coming rather than being afraid of what may happen ❤️
