Into the Heart painting is a symbol of the brave decision we all need to make in order to experience an inner transformation. The path is not always easy, but it is always worth it. The idea for this painting came to me in one of my meditations while I was opening my heart with the elevated emotions of love and joy for existence. I was almost hypnotized while looking at it, after sitting in front of its powerful and at the same time gentle invitation to step deeper into my heart. We can use this creation as a warm-up into a meditation, where we place all our attention into our heart and we open it with the emotions of love, joy, happiness, inspiration, freedom, power, etc.
