About the original painting: "I See You" is a very special painting symbolically. It appears to be composed of pieces with no perfect shape or form, but rather random patterns with different colored pigments that eventually come together to complete the whole painting. It demonstrates how, through the expansion of our understanding in life, we begin to put the pieces together, and eventually, our lives start making sense. The eye in the painting represents "knowing," which is the goal and motivation of wisdom—to know, to understand. One can only understand oneself if they were first shattered into pieces and then learned to put those pieces back together. The rest of the meaning I leave to the observer.
